Security Screening at Building Entrance
Security begins at the main entrance checkpoint, where all visitors and staff
pass through a controlled screening process.
Visitors place their personal belongings on the X-Ray baggage scanner,
allowing security operators to inspect items for prohibited or dangerous
materials.
At the same time, individuals pass through a Walk-through Metal Detector to
identify any concealed metallic objects.
If additional inspection is required, security personnel can perform manual
checks using Handheld Metal Detectors.
This multi-layered screening process ensures a high level of security before
entering the building.
Controlled Entry Through Access Gates
After passing the security screening process, authorized individuals proceed to
the turnstile or speed gate access point.
Access can be granted through:
• Staff ID Cards
• Biometric Authentication
• Temporary Visitor Access Cards
These systems ensure that only authorized individuals can enter the facility.
Visitor Management
Visitors must first register at the security reception desk.
During registration, visitor information is recorded, including:
• Name
• Identification details
• Person or department to visit
A temporary visitor access card is then issued.
This card allows visitors to pass through the turnstile gate and access only the
designated areas within the building.
Once the visit is completed, the visitor access card is automatically
deactivated.
Internal Access Control
